    CAUTION : building in work (It's usually not that disturbing but I would like you to know !) Here some comments : A wonderful flat at a wonderful location - just at the feet of Sacre-Coeur. Two minutes and you are at the Basilique, listening to street musicians, sitting on a terrace of the many cafes. The metro station is also two minutes away. The flat is very cosy with all what you need - internet, TV, oven, washing mashine, big bed. Hardly any noise heard from the streets. I am very satisfied with the stay at the flat and am already recommending it to my friends. The value for money is very good, you can hardly find anything better. ATTENTION : Travaux dans l'immeuble (parties communes) normalement ce n'est pas trop dérangeant, mais je préfère vous en informer !

    09/05/2010 francais très bon accueil, appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé et très chaleureux. adresse à conserver. un rapport qualité prix excellent. si le propriétaire m'accepte à nouveau, je reviendrais sans aucune réticence et même avec un grand plaisir.

    06/12/2010 anglais Hi, Unfortunately I must tell you that I wasn't happy at all with the appartment. I knew that it was small and cheap, but I felt totally unsecure and uncomfortable with the whole building itself. The stairway was totally under construction. A painter was working in the stairway and fettling and colouring the walls. The electricy system ended somewhere in the staircase. Not secured!!! I felt totally insecure in the whole building. And in the appartment a lot of things were explained to us like "this is not working properly"... e.g. the oven, the water-tap... so I paid and left the apartment. In general, I'm absolutely not happy about all that. J. Diegelmann
